September 15, 2023 Deadline past	Abstract	Download and complete the Abstract Submittal Form ( 50KB), and the Publication Release form (304KB) and submit to [email protected] by September 15, 2023. Submission of an abstract does not constitute registration for the meeting. All authors must register online. While we will have a virtual attendance option, presenters are expected to attend the meeting in-person.
September 15, 2023 Deadline past	IAEA Travel Grant Application	Read here for specific instructions.
October 1, 2023 Deadline past	Student Travel Grant Application	Read here for specific instructions.
October 25, 2023 Deadline past	Final Presentation/ Poster	Oral presenters must submit an electronic copy of their presentation slides, and poster presenters must submit an electronic copy of their poster to [email protected] by October 25, 2023. Poster presenters are responsible for bringing printed posters to the meeting. Format for visual (slides) may be either PowerPoint (PPTX, PPT) or Acrobat (PDF). We suggest that you use landscape orientation with 16:9 aspect ratio. We may not be able to enable Presenter view in PowerPoint at the podium. Please inform us if your file contains a movie or uses sound. Poster stands are 6 feet wide by 4 feet high LANDSCAPE. Supplies will be provided to mount posters.
October 25, 2023 Deadline past	Registration	Online registration is OPEN. You are encouraged to register as soon as possible. Register now!
November 1, 2023 Deadline past	Final Paper	Download the Paper Formatting Instructions and Template ( 20KB) . Follow directions within the document regarding the composition of the paper for the meeting and the proceedings. Send your final paper by email to [email protected] by November 1, 2023. It is the intent of the organizers to include all of the papers on the RERTR website following the meeting.
