Early reservations are recommended as a limited number of rooms have
been blocked for the meeting at the Warsaw Marriott Hotel.
Cut-off date for the special rates is Saturday, September 22, 2012. After this date, the
Warsaw Marriott Hotel will accept reservations at the existing cost and availability.
As in recent years, a registration fee is not being collected for the meeting, and consequently
lunches will not be provided; however, the Warsaw Marriott hotel will provide a lunch buffet to participants
and their guests at a reduced rate.

Early reservations are recommended as
a limited number of rooms have been blocked for RERTR-2012 at the Warsaw
Marriott Hotel. Only registrants reserving their room(s) via the online
reservation form will receive
the special meeting reduced rate.
Reservation requests must be made by the close
of business on September 22, 2012 to qualify for the group rates. Reservations made
after that date will be confirmed upon availability
of room and rate.

Special conference rates will be offered for the RERTR-2012 Meeting.

525 PLN including breakfast, taxes and service charge
Standard Double (*)
565 PLN including breakfast, taxes and service charge

Registrants do not have to be U.S. government employees to take advantage of the special rate;
it is available to all.

Cancellations
Detailed information about the Cancellation
Policy of the Warsaw Marriott Hotel is outlined at the hotel website. For
all No-Shows: the credit card used to guarantee your reservation will be
charged for the total number of booked nights. The same procedure applies
to any modification to the initial reservation. An
early departure fee may be charged if an attendee
checks out of the hotel prior to the attendee's
scheduled departure date.
