Reservation Information

• Room rates are available below
• Meeting participants are responsible for making their own individual reservations.

• To reserve your room(s) at the SANA Lisboa Hotel and receive the special meeting rate, you must fax or e-mail the completed Hotel Reservation Form ( 166KB) to the Hotel directly (contact information available below).
• The hotel will not hold reservations without a credit card number. Please contact Linda Legerski (Phone: +1 (630) 252-4836; Fax: +1 (630) 252-5161; email: ) if this requirement poses special problems for you.
• Early reservations are recommended as a limited number of rooms have been blocked for the meeting at the SANA Lisboa Hotel
• Cut-off date for the special rates is September 1^st, 2010. The SANA Lisboa Hotel will accept reservations made after Sep. 1^st, 2010 only as space is available.

• As in recent years, a registration fee is not being collected for the meeting, and consequently lunches will not be provided; however, the Hotel Reservation Form ( 166KB)  provides a way to pre-arrange lunch buffets at the meeting hotel.

Special Rate Deadline

September 1^st, 2010

Early reservations are recommended as a limited number of rooms have been blocked for RERTR 2010 at the SANA Lisboa Hotel. Registrants must identify themselves as attending "RERTR 2010" to receive the special meeting rate.

Reservation requests must be made by the close of business on September 1^st, 2010 to qualify for the group rates. Reservations made after that date will be confirmed upon availability of room and rate.

Please note that:

• Registrants do not have to be U.S. government employees to take advantage of the special rate; it is available to all.
• Breakfast is included in the room rate.
• One (01) night deposit is required one (01) week prior to arrival and will be charged on the credit card.

Cancellations

Detailed information about the Cancellation Policy of the Hotel is outlined in the Hotel Reservation Form ( 166KB) . For all No-Shows: the credit card used to guarantee your reservation will be charged for the total number of booked nights. The same procedure applies to any modification to the initial reservation.
