RERTR-2015 International Meeting

1. Download the Abstract Submittal Form (207KB) and the Abstract Template ( 19KB).
2. Use the template and follow the formatting instructions in it to write your abstract.
3. Complete the Abstract Submittal Form (207KB) using one of the following methods:
   1. Open the form in Adobe Reader, print it and type/ write the required info on the printout, then fax it to us (contact details follow).
   2. Open the form in Adobe Reader, fill the form fields in Adobe Reader (no pen/type machine needed!), print the form and send it to us by fax. You will not be able to save a copy of the filled document and must keep a copy of the printout for your records.
   3. If you have the Adobe Acrobat editing software, you can do as instructed in option 3.b.; you will be able to save the completed form for your records on your computer.
4. Please fax, mail, or e-mail the Abstract Submittal form along with your abstract to Karen Grudzinski by September 15, 2015.

• All authors must register on-line.

2. Complete the “Publication Release” form (124KB) using one of the following methods:
   1. Open the form in Adobe Reader, print it and type/ write the required info on the printout, then fax it to us (contact details follow).

3. The "Publication Release" form must be completed, signed, and sent to Karen Grudzinski, with your abstract, by September 15, 2015. You may fax it or e-mail it as a pdf. The form is required in order for the paper to be published on the RERTR web site.

2. Follow the Paper Formatting Instructions ( 48KB) and the Instructions for Authors ( 46KB) regarding the composition of the paper for the meeting and the proceedings.

It is the intent of the organizers to include all of the papers on the RERTR web site following the meeting.

Meeting participants are responsible for making their own individual reservations. Room reservations must be done online. The Plaza hotel will offer a low special rate for reservations received by October 1, 2015. Reservations received after this date will be accepted only as space is available.
