Deadline What Action
September 4, 2019
Abstract Submittal
  1. Download the Abstract Submittal Form (112KB), the Abstract Template ( 17KB), and the “Publication Release” form (154KB).
  2. Use the template and follow the formatting instructions in it to write your abstract.
  3. Complete the Abstract Submittal Form (112KB) and the the “Publication Release” form (154KB) using one of the following methods:
    1. Open the form in Adobe Reader, fill the form fields in Adobe Reader, print the form and send it to us by fax or scan and email. You will not be able to save a copy of the filled document and must keep a copy of the printout for your records.
    2. If you have the Adobe Acrobat editing software, you can do as instructed in option 3.a.; you will be able to save the completed form for your records on your computer.
  4. Please fax, mail, or email the Abstract Submittal form along with your abstract to Karen Grudzinski by September 4, 2019.

Online registration is OPEN. You are encouraged to register as soon as possible.

Hotel Reservation

Meeting participants are responsible for making their own individual reservations. Room reservations must be done online. The meeting hotel will offer a special rate for reservations received by September 11, 2019. Reservations received after this date will be accepted only as space is available.   1. Download the Paper Formatting Instructions and Template ( 19KB) .
  2. Follow directions within the document regarding the composition of the paper for the meeting and the proceedings.
  3. Send your final paper to Karen Grudzinski by email by October 6, 2019.
