for Authors
The organizers of the meeting request the authors to follow the guidelines that are suggested below:
- Maximum length of paper is 10 pages.
- Please include an abstract as part of the paper.
- Please bring or mail 200 hard copies of your paper for distribution at the meeting. If you decide to mail the copies, send them directly to the Kempinski Hotel Beijing Lufthansa Center address shown below no earlier than a week before the meeting. Please be sure to write the presenter’s name, “RERTR-2009 Meeting,” and the words HOLD FOR ARRIVAL and the date of your presentation on the package.
